We have several other bundle options at REAL Services. With the exception of weekends and holidays, we send out the edited photos between 12 - 1 PM the following business day. Video takes a little longer for our post production team to create and delivery links will be sent out 48 hours after you receive your photos.
Our :15 and :30 second Instagram teaser looks best when created with video. This is an ADD ON to your Video Bundle. Created with music and your branding, this fast paced split screen video 'teaser' features the details and best shots of your listing. Created with Instagram specific specs but can be downloaded and used on other social media platforms. Instagram videos are processed and sent out 48 hours after the shoot.

Photos are edited, uploaded, and sent to the agent and/or your team by 1:00 pm the next business day (excluding Sundays and Stat Holidays). They will be sent to you via a delivery page emailed to you by email@example.com. Please make sure that this email is added to your safe senders list.
A slide show is created with still photographs edited in sequence and set to music.
The HD Video is created with video clips where we utilize angles, techniques and perspectives unattainable with photos alone.
This "short film" movie trailer style presentation will evoke an emotional response from the potential buyer
and leave you with a great leave behind gift for your vendor/client.
Both can be downloaded and posted to most Social Media platforms.
Videos are created and sent out 2 business days after the shoot, and are automatically added to your Delivery and Landing page upon completion. Updated Delivery Pages and Landing Pages are sent to you by firstname.lastname@example.org. Please make sure that this email is added to your safe senders list.
We have prices to accommodate all sizes. Please enquire when booking your shoot.
Our normal area of service includes: Oakville, Milton, Burlington, Waterdown, Hamilton, Dundas, Ancaster, Stoney Creek, Grimsby, part of Mississauga (as far north as the 401 and as far east as Hurontario). Areas outside of our service area are subject to a mileage surcharge which will be estimated at time of booking.
We are happy to reschedule your scheduled shoot however, if you cancel the day of the shoot a cancellation fee will apply. $25.00 for Photos and $75 for HD Video. Last minute cancellations are difficult for us to work around when already in the field. Thank you for your understanding.
We shoot in most weather conditions. If you deem your photo shoot weather dependent it will be your responsibility to cancel. Please note that if you cancel the day of the shoot, the cancellation fee will apply.
Shoots can be booked on the weekend and weekdays after 5:00 pm (when daylight permits) for an additional $25 fee. Please note that shoots scheduled on Saturday after 5 pm and Sunday will not be available until by 1:00pm on Monday. (Holidays excepted)
We shoot in all seasons, but please keep in mind the daylight hours. During the summer we can shoot until approximately 7:00 pm. Fall and winter the sun has set by 5:00 pm and our shoot days are shortened accordingly.
We have a delivery platform that is pretty much ‘all inclusive’. We set up your account when you place your first order. You can then login to maintain and update. This account allows you to add your own profile information, check your orders, locate your deliverables, update and use listing specific Landing Pages, pay your bills, and run your own statements. You have full control of your account. Check out this How To Video that shows you how to access these features.
When you place an order with Real Services Photography we set up an account for you through our Urbanimmersive delivery platform. An email will be sent to you from email@example.com with login instructions.

With our delivery dashboard, every order will include a stand-alone Landing Page for your listing. Your Landing Page will include the property address, photos, slideshow and the video link if your order includes HD Video. If you take the time to update your accounts profile and add information to each listing – the Landing Page is a very impressive stand-alone marketing tool. Check out this sample link
You can use your Landing Page to market the property by logging into your account and adding details specific to the listing – price, location, description etc. Post your landing page links to your social media platforms like Facebook and LinkedIn. Use the link in your email Newsletters or add to the email blasts you send to perspective clients looking for homes in the area. A great way to announce your JUST LISTED property – with all the information in one place.
We bill you directly. Because of the nature of the service that we provide to you, payment is due once the order is complete. We do require that you supply us with your credit card number in advance so that we can process payment once everything has been sent to you. Invoices and payment receipts will be dashboard generated and sent to you by firstname.lastname@example.org. Please make sure that this email address is added to your safe senders list.
